Equipment: A beach ball and a bench

 

 

Split participants into two teams. Have the players sit in a grid (2x2 or 2x3) on their team's side of a bench. Define a play area. Introduce a beach ball. Players use their hands to bat the ball to the other team or to pass to players on their own. Players may not grab or hold onto the ball. If the ball lands within the play area on one team's side it is a point for the other team. If a player hits the ball and it lands outside of the play area, it is a point for the other team.
